wheelchair veteran looking for service dog live on SSD

Hello All
I am a paraylzed veteran in wheelchair 9 yrs ago found a mixed breed dog and gave him life name was lucky and to this day since 28th nov 2007 i havent found a dog and i am also wheelchair competior for national veterans wheelchair games wish i could get sponorship with a dog while i do the games ...Donation of a dog would keep my mind together..
